OPERATIONAL GUIDANCE ON WHISTLEBLOWING FOR CONTENT GROUP COMPANIES
Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023 (from now the ‘Decree’) transposes in Italy Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on protecting of persons who report breaches of Union law.
Content Group, sensitive to ethical and proper conduct issues in its business, has implemented whistleblowing systems to allow individuals identified by the law to report violations of national or European Union law provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or private entity, which they have become aware of in a public or private work context, as well as cases of crime, corruption or fraud and situations that endanger public health and safety.
At Content Group, Whistleblowing is a corporate compliance tool, through which employees, or third parties (e.g. a supplier or a customer), can confidentially and securely report any wrongdoing they have encountered in the course of their work.
